Registration Process
What to do once you have decided to attend.
- Once you register and make payment, kindly notify our team via email along with the payment proof.
- No modifications in the paper will be accepted once the final camera-ready paper is submitted.
- At least one author must register for the conference to present the paper and ensure inclusion in the proceedings.
- For late registration, please contact the conference committee directly for guidance.

Transfer Policy
Registrations are fully transferable to another member from the same organization. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than 15 days before the event.
Visa Information
Travelling to Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Visa Support: The organizing committee will provide an official Letter of Invitation upon request after registration and payment are completed.
- Visa Type: Attendees should apply for a Business Visa. Tourist visas are not recommended for conference attendance.
- Visa Denial: In the rare event of a visa denial, a partial refund may be issued (subject to cancellation timelines) provided official proof of denial is submitted.
