Submit through the online form on the Abstract / Paper Submission
page. You can paste the text of your abstract straight into the form, attach it as a Word
document, or do both. You will need your paper title, author and co-author details, your
affiliation and your preferred presentation type.
Full papers are due by 30 October 2026.

so submit the abstract first and follow it with the manuscript.
Yes. Abstracts must be in English, 200–250 words, written as a single paragraph and submitted
as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx). Full papers should be 6–8 pages in single-column
format with high-quality figures and lowercase comma-separated keywords. The full rules and

page.
Cover five things: purpose, methods, results, conclusion, and a brief biography of the
presenting author. Center-align the title, author names and affiliations, and underline the
presenting author’s name.
You will receive an acknowledgment email within 3 working days of submitting. Each abstract
then goes through double-blind peer review, usually completed within 2–3 working days, and
the result reaches you within 2–4 days of submission. If revisions are requested you get one
week to resubmit.
Three: oral presentation in a live technical session, poster presentation, or virtual
presentation if you cannot travel. Virtual presenters can either join by live video or submit
a narrated PowerPoint. Every format is capped at 8–10 minutes — see
Mode of Presentation for the guidelines for each.
Yes. Virtual presentation exists exactly for this — your work is still presented and published
without you travelling to Jakarta. Choose “Virtual / Online Presentation” as your
presentation type on the submission form.
The CompEdTech 2027 proceedings series will be submitted to the Web of Science
Book Citation Index (BkCI) and to SCOPUS for evaluation and indexing
(T&C). Selected papers can also be routed to partner journals through the Journal
Publication Support Program, which runs from Q1 down to Q4 tiers.
