No. CompEdTech 2027 is a self-supported event — participants must arrange and fund their
own travel and accommodation. The Venue page covers the location and the
surrounding area to help you plan your stay in Jakarta.
Yes. Once your registration and payment are complete, an official invitation letter will be
provided. Request it from [email protected]
with your registration details.
Visa requirements and fees differ by nationality. Participants must check the current
requirements with the Indonesian embassy or consulate in their own region and
apply well in advance. The organising committee can supply an invitation letter to support your
application, but it cannot process, guarantee or expedite a visa.
Yes. Accompanying persons are welcome to travel with you, but they cannot present a paper or
attend the academic sessions.
